    I’m testing after update to 3.16.3 and I can see notice like shown below:
 *     ```
       [03-Feb-2018 06:21:10 UTC] PHP Warning:  Illegal string offset 'id' in /home/suomikac/public_html/testy/wp-content/plugins/lifterlms/includes/notifications/controllers/class.llms.notification.controller.quiz.failed.php on line 40
       [03-Feb-2018 06:21:10 UTC] PHP Warning:  Illegal string offset 'id' in /home/abcdefg/public_html/testy/wp-content/plugins/lifterlms/includes/notifications/controllers/class.llms.notification.controller.quiz.failed.php on line 41
       ```
