 * In PPA versions 4.1.0 and 4.1.0 (Yoast 19.14), we’re getting the following two
   PHP Warnings in our error logs re the Yoast Integration

 * I’m not sure if related, but in Yoast > Search Appearance > Taxonomies, we don’t
   output the Authors taxonomy to the sitemap.
