 * Thanks for reaching out, however, I’m unable to understand exactly what you are
   facing.
 * Looking at that error message, it seems there could be an issue in your store
   that is causing that error. In that case, could you please share the steps you
   take to get the error message? I’d like to try the same on my end.
 * On the other, here are a few steps I recommend you try:
    1.  Update all your plugins and theme to the latest version
    2.  If all plugins are up-to-date, please try [running a conflict test](https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/)
       with only WooCommerce as the active plugin and switch to a default theme like
       [Storefront](https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/).
