 * Getting many PHP Warnings in error log on a client website with Event Post 5.8.3
   and WordPress 6.1.1, WooCommerce is **not** installed.
 *     ```wp-block-code
       PHP Warning: Undefined variable $text_price in ../event-post/eventpost.php on line 1265
       ```
   
 * The variable is never defined if `post_type` is not `product` and still is returned
   if `$html` is `true`.
 * Also, example code [in plugin description](https://wordpress.org/plugins/event-post/)
   still seems to be invalid or formated in a wrong way.
