 * We have errors in the logs with the pro version, example:
 * alcor-controles.fr/.fpm/php5.external” stderr: PHP message: PHP Warning: filesize():
   stat failed for /home/clients
    uploads/slider53/diagnostics-pollution-sol-et-
   immobiliers-alcor plugins/nextend-smart-slider3-pro/Nextend/SmartSlider3/Slider/

 * No, it’s not a problem related to the pro version, you can help here.
 * Also your help system on the professional site sent is complicated, you have

   their site.
    This includes any pre-sales topics as well. As the developer is 
   aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
