 * Got a PHP warning though that shows on the admin screen:
 *     ```
       Notice: Undefined index: underconstruction_global_notification in /var/lib/openshift/5580f1314382ecbe2d000009/app-root/runtime/repo/wp-content/plugins/underconstruction/ucOptions.php on line 153
       ```
