PHP Warnings when activating pending accounts

    plugin version 2.3

    1) open:
    Users -> All Users

    2) Click on the Pending (1) link – I had one user to approve

    3) Click on Activate (below the username)

    4) I got this:

    5) clicked on the Confirm button got an error that was not possible to approve – and the user was actually not approved

    6) back to the users list I was able to approve it

    Please fix the issue with the next release.
