 * I’ve converted a quarke-generated XML file (newspaper) to PHP and stored the 
   data in arrays. Now, I want to publish the data in that PHP file into WordPress
   with the help of XMLRPC (I guess that’s the best approach and if it’s not, then
   let me know what’s best?) – So please give me detailed answer or a demo showing
   how to proceed further.
