# php5 and post-thumb plugin

 * Hello,
    my hosting went from php4 to php5 and for some odd reason, the configuration
   page of Post-Thumb revisited plugin has diseparead. When I try to go directly
   to it, I’ve got a 500 error. Somebody has an explanation (I did reinstall the
   plugin-go back to php4-the page is here again-change to php5 again-no more page).

 * As you might know by now, Post-Thumb revisited does not play well with PHP5 –
   and neither likes WP 2.6.
    **Anyone knows an alternative plugin to PTR?** (It
   generates a thumb from the first image of your post – to be displayed in eg your
   blog’s post overview page, on your archive pages or the like – like [here](http://dolcevita.no/veneto/ ).

 * But PTR was the best. I hope somebody will work on it one day…
