# PHP7 support

 * I would like to upgrade to php7 now it has become stable. It loads my website
   quite a bit faster.
    However Sermon manager does not create new sermons with 
   php7 enabled. Do you have plans to update the plugin?

 * We are very interested in prepping sermon manager for PHP7. Until now we have
   not had a business need to invest time into this project but the writing is on
   the wall and the job needs to get done.
 * Can you please provide just a few more details as to what you mean by “does not
   create new sermons?” Does that mean WP will now allow you to create the sermon
   posts or after you create them they do not display?
 * We are also interested in any one’s else’s feedback as to problems caused by 
   PHP7 and sermon manager. This thread can serve as a sounding board for issues
   as we go along.

 * I can create a new sermon, but when i select publish i get:
 * Serverfout
    500 Details verbergen Er is een fout opgetreden toen de website [http://www.openhof.com/wp-admin/post.php](http://www.openhof.com/wp-admin/post.php)
   probeerde op te halen. De server kan offline zijn wegens onderhoud of kan onjuist
   zijn geconfigureerd.
 * It is in dutch but it means: server error – 500 – it cannot load [http://www.openhof.com/wp-admin/post.php](http://www.openhof.com/wp-admin/post.php)
