 * Total Neewbie in the world of coding, in fact i’m probably not even ranked as
   a newbie, so I will need a step by step guide please in order to add the php_value
   max_input_vars 5000 in the .htaccess on my server worked for me too.. Thanks 
   for the help people!
 * 1. I don’t even know where to find this .htaccess file
 * 2. where do I insert that php value.
