# Phpbb and WordPress – Possible?

 * i’m getting rediculious errors. Is it just not possible to have a phpbb and a
   wordpress session on a page at the same time??

 * worpdress is trying to look in the wrong DBname, and I have grepped from here
   to kingdom come and renamed variables in phpbb so that $dbname is never used..
   yet it takes the wrong database name

 * WordPress should only take it’s database name from wp-config.php in the wordpress
   install directory.

 * wordpress only instantiates a DB object in one instance, I have gone as far as
   hardcoding the correct DB name in this place.. But if the phpbb session is made,
   wordpress trys all its lookups in the phpbb table!? =(
