 * Good day
 * When I create a **new user** in WordPress the following happens:
    1. **In WordPress > Users**: the username, name and email address do not appear.
The email that arrives to announce the new user shows the username and email
       address as blank.
    2. **PHPMyAdmin > wp_users**: shows the new user details as per normal
    3. **PHPMyAdmin > wp_usermeta**: does not display the new user at all
 * Any advice in this regard will be appreciated. Thank you!

 * My guess would be that a plugin you are using is interfering with the storage
here. As a test, deactivate all plugins and then create a user. Does it then
work as it should? If so, one of the plugins was to blame. You can find the culprit
   by reactivating the plugins.

 * Thank you for your response.
 * Disabling plugins and switching to a default theme makes no difference.
 * Any other ideas? Thank you.

 * Which WordPress version do you have?
 * Have you ever reinstalled the core files under Updates? There is a button there
that only exchanges the files and does not change anything in the project.
 * Is there any problem under Tools > Site Health that could explain this?
 * Do you have entries in the error log when you create a new user? If necessary,
could you also activate the debug mode of WordPress?

 * I have reinstalled the core files several times. There is no error in the site
health or logs. Debug mode does not provide any information either.
 * The problem lies in the wp_usermeta file and I don’t have the knowledge to fix
   this.
 * Thank you for your input thus far!
