 * Hi,
   Trying here for the last time since we are not getting replies to our emails.
   Our client requires a Pick Up date that needs to be MINIMUM 3 weeks after Delivery
   Date. How to do this? We have a premium account but this decides if we stay or
   not.

 * First of all, please give us the email address/website url that you used to send
   the support ticket so we can check whether the support ticket was delivered to
   us successfully or not. Usually we replied within 10-12 hours.

 * Okay, we searched and found the support ticket to our spam/junk folder. There
   are thousand and thousand spam emails we got everyday because the support page
   is public that’s why your support ticket was missing to check. Don’t understand
   or very strange why the email going to the spam folder instead of the regular
   inbox!
   We reactive the support ticket and hopefully you will get a response within
   a short period of time. And sorry for the misunderstanding between us and that
   is not intensional.
