 * I have Picklist of with another Controlling Field Picklist in Salesforce… League
   and than different Sports Teams based on the League selected.
 * If someone chooses NBA, a list of all the NBA Teams becomes available on the 
   Lead edit page. If someone selects MLB, all of the MLB teams become available.
 * What is the best way to set this up in Gravity Forms? A Conditional Dropdown 
   for Teams based on a Dropdown for League will send the same data to SF no matter
   the selection as the Parameter Name is the same for all of the Conditional Dropdowns.
 * I really need to figure this out for a client project in the next couple of days.

 * Version 2.2.2 has functionality that will get you almost there…you’ll need to
   have conditionals set up so that you show or hide picklists based on the selection.
 * Play around with the new version and let me know how that works.
