Pictorico thumbnail

Hi all,
I just am strating to build my website with pictorico theme it is a great theme for photography but I cannot find out how to select a specific part of my featured image so it shows the best of it on the thumbnail. I am really not a webdesigner and this is my first here so I would really be glad to have some help/info/tip.
