 * He my [blog](http://hip-consultant.co.uk/blog/) i have been posting for a bit.
   Wanting to start using pingbacks i have activated in all the places though does
   not seem to be sending them. I have followed this [guide](http://www.optiniche.com/blog/117/wordpress-trackback-tutorial/)
   
   I thought i should see when pingbacks were attempted to be made regardless of
   whether they accepted under custom fields. My custom fields show nothing though
   catergories are there to add new keys – title or keywords.
 * CXould it be my theme does not support pingbacks?

 * Update.
 * I have found the issue and it is as suspected my host does not support this feature
   as they are worried about security in regards to pingbacks.
 * This is a great shame.
