 * I’m seeing this error in my logs:
 * `WordPress database error You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual
   that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near''
   at line 1 for query SELECT`inputs`,`outputs`FROM`cm_wppipes_items`WHERE`id`= 
   made by do_action('admin_init'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, 
   call_user_func_array, PIPES->admin_init, Application->admin_init, Application-
   >execute, Controller->exec, call_user_func, PIPESControllerPipe->remove_pipe,
   PIPESModelPipe->removePipe, PIPESModelPipe->remove_io, referer:(mysite)`

 * I removed and re-installed Pipes (and it deleted all the feeds!) and it got rid
   of the database error until I tried to save a pipe that didn’t have all the fields
   complete – this appears that it could be the source of the database error. I (
   reluctantly) removed and re-installed and it is working again, just have to be
   careful not to overlook a required field when I save.
