 * I’ve created a new pixel under my business page, previously i used my personal
   pixel code and created ads.
 * I now need to share the new code with other partners. I have put in the new code
into the wordpress plugin and saved but when i go back to check it still showing
the old code. It seems to keep reverting back to the original.

 * Hi, thank you for contacting us. We have recently updated the plugin, please
upgrade to the latest version and try again. Please also make sure when you save
your new pixel, the notification “Settings saved.” is shown. Thanks.

 * I have updated to the latest version. However, the issue persists.
 * The new pixel is showing but if I refresh the page the old one appears again.
 * Also when I try to verify on Facebook, there is no activity.
 * When I look at the file facebookpluginconfig.php I can see the new number against
   default_pixel_id

 * Hi, did you hit “Save Changes” after edited the pixel id? And after hitting the
save button, did you see the “Settings saved.” being shown in the page? Could
you please delete the plugin and reinstall and try again?
 * For more detail: After save, the pixel is set into the WordPress Options which
overrides the pixel id hardcoded at facebookpluginconfig.php. The id in the file
is for the first time use only.

 * I have now removed and reinstalled the plugin.
 * Activated and saved. The message “save changed” appeared at the top.
 * After a few minutes I go to Facebook and click “send test traffic” but there
   is no connection.
 * Again if I refresh the page setting>Facebook pixel my old code is showing.

 * Actually no.
 * I have assigned a partner to my business pixel account but they still cannot
   connect.
 * Intact when I go back to the plugin it’s showing the old code again.

 * Hi, are you using any cache that blocking the update / display?
 * On the other hand, I suggest you can also update the WP Options directly, you
may download plugin that can help to update the WP Options, e.g. “tweak option”
plugin. Download and activate the plugin and go to Tools > Tweak Option. Search
for option named “facebook_config” and update the value. Please be reminded that
the value is json-encoded, so you may also need to update the number before the
   pixel ID, e.g.:
    `a:2:{s:8:"pixel_id";s:<NUMBER>:"<PIXEL_ID>";s:7:"use_pii";s:
1:"1";}` **NUMBER**: the length of the pixel id **PIXEL_ID**: your pixel code

 * Hi, we have just updated the plugin to revert the file name we used to have.
Please note it may deactivate the plugin after update. Please reactivate the
plugin afterwards. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Thanks!
