 * I have installed your Pixel Caffeine plugin but I cannot do “Facebook connect”.
 * It tried to sync with my account but does not let me choose any pages. So, the
   only option I can choose is my main account.
 * Subsequently, Pixel ID bar says: “No Pixel found”.
 * I tried to uninstall and install the plugin but my user information is already
   settled and cannot change it.
 * Any ideas how to fix this?

 * Hi,
 * could you please share a screenshot of the settings page?
 * Furthermore, please open the console tab (see here how to: [https://webmasters.stackexchange.com/questions/8525/how-do-i-open-the-javascript-console-in-different-browsers#answer-77337](https://webmasters.stackexchange.com/questions/8525/how-do-i-open-the-javascript-console-in-different-browsers#answer-77337)),
   then make sure to be inside the “console” tab and finally paste here if there
   are some errors (the red messages).
 * Also, if you can, please try to deactivate all plugins and see if the issue disappear.
   If so, activate back the plugins one by one until the issue appears again. In
   this case, tell me what is the plugin causes the conflict.
    If any plugin isn’t
   the cause, please do the same also with the current theme. Activate temporary
   the Twenty theme (the default one of WordPress) and test the issue. After having
   checked, activate back your current theme.
 * Make these tries and let me know.

 * I followed your suggestions, still, it does not work.
    I even uninstall it and
   install it back again. For some odd reason, my fb account already shows there.
   I disconnect it but makes no difference
 * How Do I share a screenshot?
 * Thank you

 * Hi,
    you can use this online service to share some screenshots: [https://snag.gy/](https://snag.gy/)
 * It’s really odd your issue and it’s really difficult for me to understand the
   reason, it seems something related to the server you are using.
 * Try to give me as much information as possible in order to understand better.
   By opening the console, as I suggested you before, isn’t there any error showing
   up?
 * Let me know, thanks.

 * I hope this helps…

 * As you can see, on pixel ID doesnt allow me to select anything (my mouse has
   a stop symbol when it is over the pixel id bar).
 * I tried to disconnect and connect with another facebook account, but it keeps
   record on my login. Every time I try to connect it goes back to the same account.
 * Thank you,

 * It seems you haven’t any Pixel ID inside that account. Are you sure the pixel
   is created and enabled properly? See here to make sure: [https://www.facebook.com/business/help/952192354843755](https://www.facebook.com/business/help/952192354843755)

 * I have created a Pixel ID account for my facebook page shop.
 * Now, at the Pixel Caffeine, I can see two Ad Accounts (my name and my page).
   If I choose the page name, I cannot get the pixel ID. If I choose my name, it
   works.
 * Am I doing it correctly? It doesn’t provide any other choice.
    Because I only
   care for my FB page shop, target audience, and potential new customers.
 * Thank you in advance!

 * P.S. Also, facebook plugin is already connected to my woocommerce shop.

 * Hi,
 * you should only have a list with your Ad Accounts, no pages should appear in
   that list. Also, the Pixel is managed by Ad Account level and it’s not linked
   to any page.
 * So, choose the Ad Account where there is the Pixel ID associated and select them
   after the connect 🙂
