Pixel not loading

    Hi there,

    I tried entering the pixel id as well as the ‘connect to account’
    option but in both cases the pixel doesn’t appear to load properly.
    I can see it in the <(/)head> section but for some reason it just isn’t loading
    when I use inspector.. Facebook Pixel helper is giving me the same story.
    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    so, let me understand: the pixel doesn’t appear in the Pixel Helper or is there an error? Have you upgraded Pixel Caffeine to the latest version? Have you some screenshot of Pixel Helper and of the admin that gives me some more info about the issue?

    Yea, not updating the plugin caused the issue, we’ve ran the update through the dev-street and everything seems to be working a-ok now!
