# Pixproof does not load

 * Howdy 🙂
 * I worked with the Pixproof Plugin delivered with the Lens Template for a certain
   time – however I had to change the template now, but do not want to loose Pixproof.
 * Here is, what I did and what happende:
 * – killed all old Pixproof Galleries
    – de-installed Pixproof – optimized the 
   database including transient options – downloaded and installed stand-alone Pixproof–
   created a first gallery => [http://www.casa-magica-fotografie.de/Kundengalerie/fotoshooting-salino/](http://www.casa-magica-fotografie.de/Kundengalerie/fotoshooting-salino/)(
   where “Kundengalerie” is the slug changed by me
 * and now I try to load the gallery somehow – it does not work. No preview, nothing.
 * The gallery loads and loads and loads for minutes. In the end in the browser 
   it shows me the right URL but absolutely no content.
 * Any help on that please? I de-installed and optimized the database several times
   now, it does not help. I am using the Template “Santino” from Peenapo now.

 * Hello and sorry for this late response.
 * Lens has a template for the PixProof post type and it ensured the view part but
   now with the new theme the template is missing … well not actually missing, there
   is a default template which doesn’t have too many options and therefore the loading.
 * I will try to add some things to the default template in the next update
