Place Order button does nothing

    Hi Spencer,

    I’ve just taken a look at this and can’t see any problem – I was able to get all the way to card entry.

    I did find that the site loaded very slowly so perhaps this was a temporary server error when you reported the problem? Let us know if you’re still experiencing issues.

    I can get all the way to card entry but nothing happens after I click ‘place order’. No console errors and no PHP warnings.

    Hi Spencer,

    Sorry, I’m a bit confused now.

    The link you sent before was to the live site but I can see your video is from a different url which looks like a dev site copy where the checkout is different to the live site (live site opens the card entry as a separate step after clicking on place order).

    It also looks like the copy in the video may be using an older version of the plugin, but I can’t be 100% sure.

    If it’s the dev site where you’re wanting this to be investigated, I’d suggest sharing a login please – you can send this to [email protected].
