Placeholder font style / validation error border / input fields transparency

Dear All, Contact Form 7 Support Team,

I have a very simple contact form (only added one more line: tel) where i use placeholder titles.

1. Unfortunatelly the placeholder text in email and tel field look and align different (than name for ex.).

2. How can i change system warning / validation message border? Red is fine, but orange and yellow not look good on green background. I would like to change all to red. (except green of course)

3. I would try to play a little bit of transparency input fields also.
