Unfortunately, I don’t have the ability to do that. After investigating more, it seems that my site simply won’t display GROUPS at all. The group I created has two ads in it. I can display the ads individually just fine, but when I want to display the group, I get nothing displayed.
Do you have problems with normal WordPress categories and tags or any plugin that does some changes to them. This could in fact influence ad groups too.

No. I have no issues with categories or tags, and no plugins that alter them. It’s the weirdest thing. I can use shortcodes for individual ads and placements, but not groups. Groups just doesn’t work at all. Placements work fine, unless I make it reference a group. When I look at the source code of pages I’ve used the shortcode on, it doesn’t even reference the shortcode — but it does for individuals and placements.
