 * It is not possible to publish the same form on the same page more than ones.
 * Our plugin is designed so as it can’t work this way.
 * Can you please write why you might need to have the same form on the same page?
 * Maybe if you can describe your idea we’ll be able to give you better advice.
 * For now, you can publish different forms on the same page, or you can publish
   the same form on different pages.
