Hi there, my PowerPress player is no longer displaying properly on my website and shows a Raw Voice banner instead. If you open player in another window it looks normal, so assume it’s associated with my site. I have turned of all the other plugins and cleared the cache but it still looks identical.
What should I do next? I’m not convinced that re-installing the power press plugin will fix it, but maybe it will. If I do that, will it re-install exactly as everything was before, or will I lose some settings or episodes from pages etc? I’m a bit scared as I don’t want to make this worse!
    Thanks for your help.
    Chris

There was a server-side issue earlier with the Blubrry Audio Player that has been resolved. The player is displaying normally on your site now. If you’re still having issues, clear your browser cache and try again.

Ah thanks Shawn. Is there a way I can subscribe to service issue updates or something along those lines? That way I know if there is a server side issue and I don’t need to panic! Thanks

Unfortunately, no. In this case, something unexpected happened and it took some time for the dev team to sort it out. Sorry for the inconvenience.
