However incredible it seems after 4 months and 2 weeks and being a pro user, the answer is YES! I still have had no response and I need help with this!

Please don’t use this forum for pro support. Pro users usually use one of the following methods.
Create a ticket in pro support forum or use the contact form.

Help me help you. Considering the ticket is probably 5 months old, or older, please tell me where to look, in my email? If so what was the address it would have come from?
