    Hey, guys ok I have a weird one. I am not sure which direction to go.
    I am using MailChimp free and I am trying to integrate Hustle with Mailchimp when I put an API key in I get the following error message.

    “Please enter a valid MailChimp API key”

    I have deactivated all my plugins seeing if something might be tying it up. Checked to see if I am on akamai’s blacklist because that is a suggestion from another plugin. I am not showing up on a blacklist that I can see. So Alli can imagine is that it is something with the API 3.0 or they have disabled the API for the free, since free-forever also means free but no workie.

    I’m sorry that it doesn’t work for you.

    I have tested Hustle and MailChimp API from a free account and it works correctly on my site.

    Can you double-check if there are no additional spaces before and after the API key?

    Yeah it’s working now I think MailChimp was monkeying with their API

    I am using MailChimp standard version and I am trying to integrate Hustle with Mailchimp when I put an API key in I get the following error message.

    I hope you’re well today!

    I just tried connecting my Hustle to MailChimp again via its built-in integration and that worked fine. Could you please try this:

    – make sure that no firewall is blocking connections
    – clear all caches
    – go to your MailChimp dashkboard (/account/api page) and create a new API key
    – make sure that it’s got active status (toggle switch on the right)
    – and try to connect it again?
