# “Please enter a valid postcode” even though I have

 * I have a site set up in LocalWP as i’m using it for a WP course.
 * We have set up WC for shipping only within Australia. When we had a product to
   the cart, we select View cart and it already says “No delivery options available
   for CA”. CA is listed in the State/Country by default. When i change the City,
   State/Country and Postcode to a valid one in NSW Australia, it says “please enter
   a valid postcode.
 * Why is this not working?

 * Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.
 * I understand that your site is set to ship only within Australia, but when adding
   a product to the cart, the default State/Country shows “CA” and displays “No 
   delivery options available.” When you update the address to a valid NSW, Australia
   location, it still says, “Please enter a valid postcode.”
 * Please share a screenshot of:
   1- WooCommerce > Settings > General options2- Shipping
   zones 3- Shipping methods
 * This will help me understand the issue and troubleshoot it further.

 * Thank you for sharing the screenshot. Currently, everything appears fine in the
   screenshot.
 * Could you please edit each shipping zone and send the settings you have configured
   for each one?
 * Also, could you please try clearing your browser cache and then adding the postal
   code again to see if that resolves the issue?

 * The screenshots show configuration is correct. To troubleshoot further, please
   try other addresses from Australia. Then share full-page screenshots of the Checkout
   page.
 * This will help me understand the behavior of the problem and narrow it down.
   
   You may use the [random address generator tool](https://www.fakexy.com/au-fake-address-generator-new-south-wales)
   to get random addresses.
