Please exempt the back-end

Please can you exempt the back-end? Performance is not a concern there, and breaking functionality due to getting an old, cached script is. In UpdraftPlus we’ve seen several issues with users where they updated the plugin, but were loading out-dated JavaScript because of query string removal.

i.e. if is_admin(), then do nothing. That way, back-end tools can’t break.
