Landing page

Hi, I am looking for a plugin that will create a landing page that can be installed on a specific page, which doesnt have an email capture but has the ability to have a hyperlink/button that is customisable.

I have 2 sites and I am merging site 1 into site 2. I will redirect site 1 to a specific page in site 2 where i want the landing page to come up and say, you are here blah blah blah. Then have a button or automatically take them to site 2.
