# PLEASE HELP!

 * Having two problems with this blog software that I have spent hours reading this
   forum for the answers. I’ve found alot of similar issues, but none of them are
   resolved either. Can anyone help with the following issues, please?
 * 1. Cannot upload files in post. Error message returned is simply: The uploaded
   file could not be moved to . (Yes, I have 777 on all folders from wp-content 
   on down, and the file I’m trying to upload is only 7k.)
 * 2. When members register, they do not receive an email with password. The strange
   thing is I have tested with various email addresses, and the ones with hotmail
   or yahoo or my own private domain were received. However, others are not (such
   as comcast or AOL).

 * AOL won’t accept email from a mail server that doesn’t have properly configured
   reverse DNS. Could that be the problem?

 * My server has RDNS. And, the problem also occurs when I tested it with my comcast
   email address. The strange thing is it worked with the hotmail and yahoo addresses.

 * If you have access, check the mail logs. I know AOL includes a link to a page
   explaining the problem in the error messages it returns.

 * That happened to me as well, when i was uploading it with SmartFTP. I ended up
   haveing to manually uploading it, one by one but some of the stuff isnt working.
   I’m not sure whet to do either
