# Please Help, Admin panel cannot drop menus down, cannot post image

 * Were fairly new to this. We know no programming, just rely on themes and general
   knowledge. i’m not a novice to web design, but this issue is driving me mad.
 * the site is not really done, but were practicing and posting and stuff. I upgrade
   every plugin update that comes, i’ve just upgraded to the lastest version of 
   WordPress.
 * All of a sudden the ratings plugin disappeared. I’ve been having login problems,
   but usually find a way around by using a different browser or using the login.
   php address. The problem is one day before the upgrade, while using the admin
   panel, the bars on the left, meaning – dashboard, appearance, etc.. One day ago,
   I could drop them down, and also upload images and insert them, today I cannot.
 * The drop down button is there on the menus.. but they are not usable. I can click
   on the category and see whats under it, thats fine. But it seems related to when
   i post a blog, and try and upload an image. Before, as in yesterday, I could 
   upload a picture by posting a blog, editing the post, and clicking on the insert,
   upload image icon. It used to open up in its own little window, and I would do
   what I needed to do. But now it goes to its own seperate page and shows that 
   I can upload using the flash uploader and browser uploader. They both work as
   in uploading it, but when i try and insert or see the image it just gives a black
   page…
 * Please, i need help with this guys. I don’t know where else to look.

 * black page * blank page. I’ve tried IE, Firefox, and Chrome. Cleared cache and
   stuff, also i’ve deactivated every plugin and gone one by one to try and figure
   out if a plugin is causing the issue.

 * also a side note here, I’m unable to add tags to any new posts.
    The sidebar 
   is there when creating or editing a post. But the greyed out words that say ”
   add your tag ” stay there when i type new tags in. Then when i click add it does
   nothing.
 * It’s as if the admin panel has just been disabled. Or perhaps its a permissions
   thing I’ve been reading about. But i have no idea how to deal with those things
   or what to even do.

 * ok so although this forum is not as busy as I thought it would be.. I have managed
   to figure it out.
 * In case anyone needs to know. Everything I mentioned if it’s happening to you,
   it likely is a plugin issue. In my case it was actually effecting navigation 
   in the admin panel. I couldn’t drop down the left bar menus, even the dashboard
   things like quick press and wordpress blog that come up by default, weren’t coming
   up when I turned on this plugin.
 * The culprit who was working find just a couple days ago is :** Rating-Widget 
   Plugin – Version 1.1.1 | By Vova Feldman**
 * just in case that helps.
