Please HELP!!! – Cannot access anything

    Hi Guys – I have put a lot of work into a site using WP and Shopper Press (months not weels) 🙁 , it was nearly ready for launch but now I cannot access anything through wp.

    I am getting the following error on the domain and the wp admin:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_blog_installed() in /home/netswerv/public_html/avengers-movie.co.uk/wp-includes/load.php on line 423

    I can still access the files on the server but that is all.

    Can some kind person please offer any advice?
