PLEASE!! Help me centre nav bar text Responsive Theme

Can I firstly apologise as I know this topic has been covered to ‘the death’, BUT I swear this is different :/
All I want is the text centred in the grey bar! I think there maybe something underlying I’ve missed, because I’ve non floated, text-aligned, inline-blocked…bloody everything!
I’m using Firefox with Firebug on Safari.
