In the folder that you installed WordPress into on your domain. 2. If you do not use FTP, then yes – try using cPanel’s File Manager instead. 3. Your hosts will be able to help you with access to Phpmyadmin or similar. Please see the page at the link I posted above. 4. No. Just download WordPress, unpack the archive and re-upload everything to your site except the wp-content folder.
