# Please remove forced input fields

 * I need to create a form with only 2 fields.
 * I don’t need to ask for first name, last name, email address, subject and description.
 * I know I can change the title of these but it’s still 5 fields forced on to a
   form where I only need 2 fields.
 * Please can these be removed as mandatory? Or at least some of them?
 * I can already see which of my members opened the ticket, so I really only need
   1 field actually.
