 * Can we please stop bloating the admin menu by adding “support forum” and “upgrade”
   links.
 * Looks hideous and unnecessary !

 * Agree that you are trying to promote your premium version but you can do it inside
   the admin page where ever you want. It does not give confidence in your premium
   version as it is being forced.
 * Right now it makes the settings menu unnecessarily longer.
 * Also if there is an issue, users will automatically find the forum link no need
   to display it in the open menu.
 * Atleast please try to use `admin_menu_page`.

    I am already redesigning settings page of this
   plugin and moving everything inside settings page. May be in next version you
   will get this.

 * All extra sub menu is removed from admin menu in latest version.
