Please Try This First

If you are having issues with authenticating the plugin, before posting in the support forums, can you please try resetting the plugin.

You can do this by going to your installed plugins and under the plugin name there is a Reset button. Click on that.

Try and authenticate again. If the problem persists, then please don’t post here, check to see if someone else has the same issue, or create a new post.
