 * May not be able to access the dashboard of web story Whenever I open the dashboard
   it says please wait,
    can you please tell me how to fix it. Thankyou.

   then tell me if the issue still occurs? This will rule out any plugin or theme
   conflict.

 * My problem is still not fixed, I tried troubleshooting with the help of health

   needs to be granted to view the screenshot.
 * We’ve seen in the past the dashboard getting stuck on “Please wait” due to an
   unsupported browser version or a plugin/theme conflict. To confirm, are you seeing
   this message when Web Stories is the only plugin active and when using a default
   WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-two?
 * Could you please confirm the browser/browser version you are using?
