# Please wait keeps loading

 * Hi Folks,
 * Currently i’m using the plug-in for the first time to try to upload new reviews
   in bulk to our site.
 * But somehow after adding the CSV file and pressing continue it keeps loading 
   for hours on ‘please wait’
 * The file is only 215 bytes so this would not be the problem we think.
 * We would like to know the solution to get this done.

 * We have just tried it again and it is still not working.

 * I have the same issue. I checked on a network packet after confirming **Import
   each record as** step.
 * This is the error
 *     ```wp-block-code
       Warning: Undefined variable $data in /var/www/clients/client0/web8/web/wp-content/plugins/wp-ultimate-csv-importer/extensionModules/FeaturedMediaExtension.php on line 52
       ```
   
 * I fixed it by removing the line that contain $data and adjusting the code below.

   your findings.
   This warning usually appears if debug mode is enabled. The enabled
   debug mode can interrupt the process. We recommend turning off the debug warnings
   and trying again to see if the issue clears up.That said, we’ll make sure to 
   address this properly and include a permanent fix in the next release.We appreciate
   your support and contribution in pointing this out.
