# Plug-In Installation Problems

 * Whenever I try to search for new plug-ins, I get an “Unknown Error”. When I try
   to automatically upgrade a plug-in, I get a “Download failed. Service Unavailable”
   error. I have verified that FTP is running. Anyone have any ideas?

 * Well, whatever the problem was, it went away. It’s working okay now.
