    Facebook/Instagram Shop not syncing to our site.

    As per SkyVerge instructions we reverted to “version 1.11.4 uses a different connection process, so you can roll back to this version if needed. This may result in needing to adjust some settings when you upgrade in the future again, but you can download that version here.”

    AND IT WAS DISASTROUS!!!! We lost our entire SHOP CATALOG on FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM. OVER 5000 tagged shop items are now gone! We have blank pages for shop on our Facebook Page for our business and lost all our instagram product tags.

    It deleted our WooCommerce Catalog. Forced us to create a new one and we lost everything we had set up.

    THIS IS SO INFURIATING!!!!!

    The new catalog does not work! It is barely syncing 3000 items, won’t go over that #. We have over 8500+ active products on our WooCommerce store and we have lost selling capabilities on insta and facebook due to your lack of customer service and knowledge of plugin that was working perfectly before you took over.

    ALL OUR PRODUCT TAGS are gone!!!! We are going into 4th Quarter and this is killing us.

    WE NEED THIS FIX ASAP!!!! WE HAVE BEEN ON THIS TICKET FOR OVER 3 WEEKS NOW!

    Thank you very much for reaching out to us and our sincerest apologies for the issues caused by our plugin and our delay in replying to you.

    I went ahead and replied to your support request you’ve sent directly to us, so I’d be happy to continue investigating this issue on our end. In the meantime, I’ll mark this thread as resolved, however, I’d like to make sure I note again that the investigation is still ongoing on our end.

    WE WANT TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON! THIS IS RIDICULOUS. WE BEEN AT THIS FOR 3 WEEKS – SKYVERGE PLUGIN SCREWED UP IS COSTING US THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WEEKLY ON LOSS OF SALES THAT WE ARE LOOSING FROM INSTA AND FACEBOOK SHOP TAGGING THAT WE HAD SET UP TO OUR WEBSITE CATALOG

    I’m really sorry for the frustration this has caused you and your team. As mentioned in the message I sent on your end, I’m afraid we don’t offer live support. As many of the issues we’re dealing with are very technical in nature, we find that written support is better for the types of issues our customers experience.

    I’d be happy to further discuss this on our end if you’d like. Once again, my apologies for the issues that our plugin has caused to your shops.
