 * I really need some advice from anyone on a blog I have just managed to take down!
 * I haven’t been using WP for long and now know you can update the slug & get SEO
   friendly URLs etc. so I have managed to make sure new posts will have better 
   URLs etc. and stupidly updated the slugs for the existing posts. Somehow in the
   mix of about 30 mins updating, the site has now been totally taken down. Luckily
   it is just the blog in WP and not the whole site so the site is ok but the blog
   page comes up with a whole host of error messages as below;
 * I realise that this was very stupid and should only have been done for future
   posts and not existing ones but am not sure at all of how to get it back to how
   it was! I can’t even get to the log in page without an error message!
 * I am sure this may be to do with either the fact that the ping set up has already
   meant that existing blog posts have been indexed somewhere and can’t be changed(
   ok, so how do I change them back without being able to get on to log in pages!?!)
   OR, I also tried to add the Technorati address to the ping list on WP and it 
   said I couldn’t (as I assumed the plug-in I had may have included it anyway??)

 * Remove or rename the plugin folder listed in the errors above..

 * Errors are usually quite useful in giving clues to the problem.

 * Got the problem sorted (kind of) with the site, ended up being a theme problem
   that needs a bit more work (although the youtube plugin was also a problem and
   has been removed). Glad I could help Alana.
