 * I have a newly installed apache server that I know I have everything that I should
   have installed and I am getting this error
 *     ```
       Warning: require_once(/var/www/logiclounge.org/public_html/wp-includes/class-phpass.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/logiclounge.org/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1478
   
       Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/var/www/logiclounge.org/public_html/wp-includes/class-phpass.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /var/www/logiclounge.org/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1478
