    after update all of my data is removed, i have big data
   now i have nothing!

 * It’s really frustrating to see such a feedback. I am actively speaking with so
   many users through our support ticket system after the upgrade and I didn’t received
   any bad report on the updated plugin version so far. To be honest, I’ve no clue
   what had went wrong for you. Kindly share me your site link and let us know what
   is removed/missing. So, I can get an idea on your issue.

 * Just FYI, asking people for access details is a no-no.
 * Why? Well, among other things it makes you LEGALLY responsible for the site if
   you break things. Which I suspect you don’t want.

 * I see injustice being done here and so must write against it.
 * This review is baseless, it’s not a review, it’s misdirected aggression. If you
   have problems with the plugin then submit a support thread.
 * I updated the plugin to the latest version and the issue you mentioned never 
   occurred, it’s something else on your end that’s causing the issue.
 * It’s your responsibility to keep backups of your data.
