 * I got a message from wordfence that this plugin is abandoned. is that true?

 * I have this plugin installed on several websites and WordFence is telling me 
   that it’s abandoned as well. I suspect WordFence looks at the last time the plugin
   was updated and bases its report on that. This is a very popular plugin so hoping
   the developer will give it an update. I does appear to still be functioning, 
   at least for what I’m using it for. I think in every case that I’m using it I
   have it for a bit of PHP to display the current year.
