# Plugin abandoned?

 * Hi
    Wordfence is warning me that this plugin has not been updated for the last
   3 major versions of WordPress and may have security/compatibility issues. Can
   you confirm that you’re at least keeping an eye on it and will fix any security
   issues that might arise? Otherwise, can anyone recommend an alternative plugin?
   I need page-specific CSS, and most of the alternatives are site-wide. Many thanks
   🙂

 * I contacted the author of the plugin, 3 days ago, through his website and he 
   told me the following:
 * > Hi Joan,
   >  in the last two years I’ve been busy with my job, that’s and could
   > not release new updates, but the plugin is still maintained and there are no
   > major issues. Anyway, last month we have decided to work on the plugin again,
   > testing it in newer WP versions and editors to solve also minor issues and 
   > add new features. No issues have been found during our tests with the current
   > plugin version and the latest WordPress release. You can also expect a new 
   > release between September and October.
 * I also use the plugin and recommend it in two courses. So in 2020 I also went
   to his personal email to find out if he would update it and that was the case
   after a few days.

 * Thank you for this info! I had actually removed the plugin off of a couple of
   my client’s sites before you posted this! I will not be removing, now and hopefully
   we will get an update for it soon.
