 * Hello, I represent a web development agency and am conducting an audit of all
   the plugins we install on our client websites for accessibility compliance. Can
   you post a link to your VPAT or Accessibility Conformance Report? If you don’t
   have one, can you comment on the WCAG compliance level WP Jobs Manager adheres
   to based on internal testing? We require that all our third party apps prioritize
   accessibility, ideally adopting WCAG 2.1AA to comply with recent updates to the
   ADA. Thanks in advance for your help with this request!

 * Hi there, [@maserin](https://wordpress.org/support/users/maserin/)!
 * At this time, WP Job Manager does not have a publicly available VPAT / Accessibility
   Conformance Report (ACR). Because of the way our plugin is used, end-to-end conformance
   is also influenced by the site’s theme, template overrides, add-ons, and customizations,
   so a single conformance statement wouldn’t reliably represent every implementation.
 * That said, we do actively work to improve accessibility. We have accessibility-
   related issues and [reports tracked in our development backlog](https://github.com/Automattic/WP-Job-Manager/issues)
   and we address them as part of ongoing maintenance and releases. We aim to follow
   WordPress accessibility best practices and align with WCAG 2.1 AA principles
   where applicable, but we’re not currently in a position to certify full WCAG
   2.1 AA conformance across all user flows via a formal VPAT at this point in time.
